Carefully selected and placed evaluators are the core of our business.

Therefore, we go through a vigorous selection process to ensure Evaluators meet our standards. In fact, only 30% of the Evaluators that apply are ultimately selected. Each applicant is screened, takes an exam and completes a practice evaluation form based on their most recent dining experience. If these are all passed, the Evaluator is then accepted and assignments are given. However, it doesn't stop there; Evaluators receive feedback after each evaluation and are continually coached by EyeSpy's editorial staff. We work this hard to make sure your business receives the most thorough and professional feedback to help you monitor service improvements, operational excellence and overall guest satisfaction.
