to work with our restaurants to personalize our format.
I gave them my "sequence of service" and other
areas
that I wanted to target and they put together the appropriate
form. One of the things I really like about EyeSpy is
that the
president, Mistie LoNardo, comes to meet with me on a
regular

anything that needs to be changed it can be done in a
timely manner. Mistie is also a wealth of information
and ideas. She helped with suggestions for quality drinks
and profitability. We used to use another shopper company
prior to
