run two restaurants, one in Los Angeles and one in San
Francisco. I can not be in my restaurants as often as
I like and thus must find ways to understand my business
from a bit of a distance.EyeSpy is an extremely helpful
tool. The reports bring a level of detail from which
I can truly understand the evaluators experience.
On many occasions I have had a specific concern about
service. I have seen this point addressed in a report.
Used the report as a tool to communicate the concern
to the restaurant management and then seen the issue
resolved in a following report. I have seen liquor costs
go up before reading a report that stated that the drinks
tasted strong and I have seen food costs drop before
reading a report that complained of small portions.
From my EyeSpy reports it completes a circle of information
including financials, my own
observations and management feedback. This circle of
information allows me to understand how my restaurants
are operating and ensure that they will continue to
be successful into the future.Further, EyeSpy, has very
good custumer service of its own, you can always tell
when a restaurant person starts another type of business.
The web site is very useful and the prices are reasonable.
