During the past three years EyeSpy has provided several kinds of evaluations for us including visits to our bars and calls to our banquet departments, in addition to our “standard” restaurant evaluations. I put “standard” in quotes because our usual evaluation is far from standard, and EyeSpyhas been happy to customize the evaluations to suit our needs. We read all of our evaluations very carefully—they provide the best opportunity we have to see our operation the way an anonymous customer does. We even use the scores in calculating our managers’ bonuses. Whenever there have been questions or concerns EyeSpy has been quick to address them.
