EyeSpy has been an important
and effective training tool for our staff. It causes us
to focus on what is important from our guest's perspective.
Our servers and support personnel are always pleased to
read how guests react to 'above expectation' performance.
When
receiving unacceptable comments they take the criticism
well and know where they need to put their energy to improve.
Management has found that the surveys pin point where
their efforts should go as well. Over-all we find the
reports to be an accurate and cost effective report card
on our restaurant.
